Scared about not being able to get pregnant.

So two years ago I was perfectly healthy worked out twice a day, work 8-10hours shifts in the FL sun, and ate super healthy all the time no drinking or smoking nothing. I started having ovarian cysts, then my appendixes almost ruptured so it was removed. How ever since that it's just been a down hill battle with my pain and sickness. I've been in the doctors literally at least 1-2 times every week. They said it was IC (interstitial cystitis) so they started bladder treatments didn't work, they did a Cystoscopy with a Hydrodistention didn't work. Well I'm still having 6-7 pain scale everyday taking 20 different pills but I have also tried everything natural I could find. I've got to chiropractors for the pelvic pain I'm tried so many diets to help with IC. Now the doctor want us to start trying for a baby now if I'm not pregnant in 3 months from the doc is going to do an exploratory surgery to look for endometriosis. I'm only 21 years old I've never had a child and I would love to have 12 children. All these things that's going on are just making me feel more and more unlikely I'll be able to get pregnant. I've done way to much to keep my body healthy to be going through this. I've almost been married for a year and it hurt to make love with my husband it's just not fair. The reason I wrote this is to see if anyone has gone through things like this and if you have I would love to hear how you got through it, if you were able to have children? Being a mom would be so important to me, I'm just so scared. Please if you have been through this, if there is any encouragement you could give me I would be so very thankful!
