IUI / Blood pregnancy test

I had an IUI Friday the 6 Th of May , my period is two days late with severe cramping , blood test was done the 16th of May and came back negative . I've only been late on my period once . I haven't tested since last week .. I'm so tired of negative after TTC for two years .. What should I do? Just wait for AF to show up ?
