Feeling depressed

This was my third iui. I conceived on my second iui but had a miscarriage and painful 6 months. Started my iui again this month n today started spotting. Seems like my AF is here. Been crying since then. This is so hard and some people just get pregnant so quickly when they don't even want a baby.
