Paragard?

Any one else use paragard? I went in today for my 6 week appointment and attempted to place paragard. Oh my word. The pain that I experienced was worse than contractions! It was so so SO bad. The NP said "you healed too fast" and "your cervix is super closed so I can't place it." I really want it placed in, but the pain I experienced was crazy bad 😕 it's almost traumatic, I am afraid to try again. They gave me cervical ripening pills to dilate me so she can place it.
