Medela pump on style handbag or backpack.

Is anyone going through any problems with this pump. I'm so faustrated. My baby doesn't latch so I strictly pump her milk. I bought my pump on Wed, it lost its suction on sunday. I called Monday and they troubleshooted it with me, it then worked for a pump session then went out again. So I called and they had another sent to me Tuesday. Within the 3rd time I pumped it already had lost suction then I called this morning and had it troubleshooted again and worked for 2 pump sessions then it just went out. I'm so stressed out with this company and product. Just wondering if anyone is going through the same problem
