Couponers?

Hey ladies! I know a lot of you have to be couponers lol, have you had any luck with free samples and if so from where?

I've searched on the web before but I don't want to sign up for something iffy (yes I have a junk email to send just in case, but hello they need your mailing address!)

Besides couponing you could try earning some money back by using some apps.
I use the walmart app and Ibotta. I really recommend both. Here's how they work:
*walmart app: you do your normal shopping and at the end you scan the receipt in the "savings carcher" section, walmart will search for competitor that have lower prices on the products you bought and will give you back the money! And when you want to claim it they send you a code and barcode of a giftcard which you show to the cashier, they scan it and that's it! Easy as that!
*Ibotta: here you reedem rebates and earn cash back but there are a lot of items that maybe are on your normalgrocery shopping like milk, eggs, bananas, bread, orange juice and a looot more!! You can get a welcome $10 bonus when you reedem your first rebate if you enter a referral code, mine is: amyagmu and here's the direct link: https://ibotta.com/r/amyagmu . I only have used it for like 3 weeks and already have $28 (you get the cash back on gift cards for stores like walmart, amazon, ebay, etc.)
