HELP!!!!! TMI PICTURE!!!!

Ok so I went a few weeks ago to get waxed and I've been doing it for the last six months or so... I've had ingrown hairs before but not this many!!!! Wth why are there so many! And you can see the hairs in the middle too!!! How do I get rid of them!!! They don't really hurt and there just on this side(left) I have none anywhere else down there!
