Scared to have another baby

Alright so my pregnancy ended in preeclampsia that turned into HELLP Syndrome. I also had gestational diabetes and I had gestational hypertension before it turned into preeclampsia. I'm scared to try again for I had a very difficult pregnancy that ended so scary. My baby is 1 month old and my husband and I want to conceive soon if we want to do this again. I plan to talk to my doctor of course just curious if anyone has been in a similar situation?
