Anyone else had this before bfp?

I'm 12dpo today and last night I had a pain in my left side beside my hip kind of where ovaries are. Anyway it felt like a stitch when you've been exercising but I hadn't I was lay in bed & had been for a while. Anyway it lasted about half an hour and then I got a big stab pain in the same place which lasted seconds but was painful & nothing since! My question is I've never had this before & just wondered if it was a pregnancy symtom maybe? Or am I just reading too much into it? I'm due af in 2 days got bfn yesterday. Any advice welcome thanks..
