Endometriosis and polycyclic ovaries..

I am 19 and I got diagnosed with pcos last year but I recently had a laparoscopy and they found endometriosis tissue and removed some of it, I have been told that if it comes to it then I may have to consider having a hysterectomy, I don't think I can conceive anyway. I'm abit worried at where this leaves me in the future what should I do, just give up and have it done, I know I'm abit Young and want a career before a child, I just don't know what's best. please help?
