Chances of 37 week delivery?

I found out that my baby's left kidney is not in the correct spot so I go back in 4 weeks to do a followup ultrasound to make sure that's the only problem.

I also have gestational diabetes that I'm trying to control with insulin and diet my numbers are still too high.

The Dr told me that when I go back, if there is anything else wrong on the ultrasound or if my sugars are still too high, they will take him out that week but if everything looks okay and my sugars are controlled, they'll schedule me to come back at 39 weeks and take him them. I'm really scared about going to my next appointment there and having them take him out.

What do you guys think my chances are that'll happen?
