Eating is so hard right now. 😩
I'm 10w2d and morning sickness only (and always) hits me when I fail to eat when my stomach tells me to. I've lost six pounds since getting pregnant (I am overweight and still keeping within a healthy caloric range, so my doctor is still pleased) and it's mostly due to the fact that I hate everything. 😐
Once in a blue moon I get a solid craving, but most of the time, I loathe any and all food. I have to FORCE myself to eat something and sometimes I will allow myself to go hungry longer than I should simply because everything sounds repulsive. 😩
I know that in order to avoid being sick, I have to eat, but eating is now a chore and everything tastes terrible and smells awful. 😂 Anyone else suffering this massive food aversion with me?
