Braxton Hicks?

Hi ladies,

I am 33 weeks today and have been reading that "contractions will continue to get stronger." Though this is my first pregnancy and it has been a very easy one at that. Baby is very healthy and active so no worries there! I am curious to know, am I the only one who hasn't experienced BH contractions at this point?

I've had a handful and didn't know k was having them until a recently prego friend felt my belly. My baby girl is soooo active I can barely tell the difference in her stretching and a BH.

I thought I hadn't experienced them until this afternoon during my fetal monitoring ( I have gestational diabetes) and get US and monitoring bi weekly they said I had been having them every 5-10 mins so I had my cervix checked and it was still closed thankfully.  What I thought was the baby's bum pushing up high lol was the tightening they talk about and always followed by the urgency to pee. I definitely know now in retrospect I had them yesterday and maybe one or two other times.

I'm 34 weeks and don't think I've felt them. I have no idea!

I don't know if I have experienced rhem or not but I have had pelvic pain in my 2nd and 3rd trimester. People say braxton hicks aren't painful but more of a tightening feeling in your abdomen, and if that's true I don't think I have had any yet and I'm 34 weeks.

I had an nst today and was having contractions and didn't know it. With my first I had to be induced and I was sitting on the side of the bed talking to my mom and my contractions were very very strong and I never felt anything. I'm scared i will be in labor and not even know it again only this time what if I am not at the hospital and have no way of knowing until it is to late to get there.
