Work out in the first trimester
I've started working out hard 4 months before I got pregnant! Now I'm 6.5 weeks and feel the need of working up hard! I want to be healthy in my pregnancy.. I usually do spinning, body attack, body pump, running and sweming. Is there any one else who feels this way? What would you recommend at the first trimester?
