Working out in the first trimester
I started working out hard 4 months before I got pregnant, now I'm 6.5 weeks pregnant and feel the need of working out specially when I feel very tired and sleep long hours!! Right now I usually do spinning, yoga, body pump, body attack, Zumba and running! I really want to be a healthy mom but not exceed my workouts!! Does anybody feel the same way? Would anyone give advise on this matter?
