Need help

I recently had a D&C May 13th, I bled for 4 days after it and then stopped. I had 6 days after the surgery. I thought I was pregnant again but I just received my Period 5w 2d later. I convinced myself I wanted to start Birthcontrol instead of try again. I took one pill yesterday and today I just really thought about it and I want to start trying this round but idk what to do because I took a pill already..
