Pain on epidural site?

I am 18 days pp and my epidural site has been hurting since the moment i got it till now and it throbs when i go to bed... I still can't sleep on either side and if i make sudden movements it gives me horrible pain that makes me stiffen up... they said it should go away after a couple weeks and i never had this with my other 3 kids...anyone else going thru this or similar?
