Suggestions/ideas

So I know that everyone isn't in medicine but i need some help. So for the past week and a half I have had this cough with phlegm my phlegm was light green so sorry for the tmi. I also had raspy voice. Well Sunday I started having a very itchy left ear. I finally went to the doctor yesterday she said I had a bacterial infection so she gave me antibiotics and cough syrup. Well since last night my body had been hurting so bad and I have a low grade fever. Plus my phlegm now is super dark green. Theses symptoms just happened to appear idk if I can attribute it to the medicine or idk. Part me wants to go to the ER because my body hurts so horrible. I already maxed out on Advil for the day and that's the only thing that seems to help for the pain. I can't lay in bed or on the couch without hurting. So can this just be the infection or something more?
