Help! What is this??

I have this red spot on my face next to my lips. It's been here for months and generally does not go away. I've been using hydrocortisone cream and it makes it lighter, but again, it never goes away. I know it isn't an std, I've been tested for everything. Help me, please?! It's so so so embarrassing! 🙈🙈🙈
