Issues with neighbors

Ok in the past few months we have been having a lot of issues with our neighbors. They have been extremely loud, literally stomping around upstairs for no reason. They have been harassing us. The wife tells horrible names at me whenever i am outside by my self.

We have told the property manager. He has "talked" with them multiple times. It will get better for a few days and then they start up again. Idk what to do.

Today we came home from a picnic and they were in the garage and had stuff in our part of the yard. And they had a table blocking off our walkway to our door to our apartment.

We have a private entrance in the back. The rest of the home uses the front entrance. Anyway they were completely blocking our walkway. And yes ik it is not a big deal to walk in the grass but the point is that there is no reason for them to be blocking off the entrance to our home..

Idk what to do anymore.. I can't keep living like this. I am having surgery in a week and I really don't want to be dealing with all of this crap while trying to recover. Especially there excessive noise 24/7.

The last time she said something horrible to me I told my property manager and all he said was he can't baby sit them and he doesn't understand why we can't all be adults. My bf and I have done nothing to them. There is no reason for them to be doing this to us...

Ive had enough.
