The worst part of my labor was after I finally delivered my baby girl. I tore and from what they said it wasn't that badly, but hey didn't give me anything to numb the pain. When I said that if it wasn't medically necessary then they should stop, because they said the only reason they were doing the stitches was because of cosmetic reasons, they finally told me that I really needed them. They finally gave me lidocaine when they had a handful of stitches left to give me.
