Ovulation test

Ok so my fertile week is between the 3rd and 9th of July - and I've done an ovulation test everyday but they're all negative I have no wetness/or slime down below sorry for tmi down - is it really worth me continuing I've been trying for months now im starting to give up hope and maybe I ain't ovulating at all no more :( I'm 38 and I do have 2 teenage sons with my ex but I'm currently planning my wedding to my fiancée who dont have any children of his own pls any advice will be appreciated X
