Pregnant lady in pain but baby ok, no one cares!

I've been having severe pain in my ribs, upper abd and center back. I get real nauseous and can't breath. Constant sharp pain for 30 minutes daily for 2 weeks not. I went to er a week ago and they checked the baby and that was it. Said she was fine and it's just growing pains. I have fatty liver disease and tons of back problems. I knew my baby was ok but they didn't check me at all. Just the baby. They didn't feel where my pain was or anything. Just kept telling me the baby is fine when I told them I knew that and I wasnt. Idk what to do. They are getting worse and I'm just being told they are growing pains and I know for damn sure these are not!
