Numbness in hands and feet. Anybody else gets it?

I've been getting numbness and tingly feeling in my hands. Actually more like just my right side and also down to my feet. It just feels weaker on my right side. I'm just wondering if anybody else got that while pregnant and what Dr says about it!?
