Psycho
I'm watching Bates Motel, so this is a hypothetical question.
Say there's this kid and he HASN'T killed anyone (yet) (unlike in the show) but he or she can be very violent when upset. Like strangles animals or people violent if it's bad enough. But unlike in the show, he or she lives in a typical stable family home. No more drama than anyone else but life hands everyone lemons.
Now say this kid is crazy attached to a parent or family member. If that family member decides to dedicate their life to this person (who is definitely psychotic). As long as this kid is comfortable with this adult they look up to then they aren't violent and are pretty much normal, but the adult can't have a life outside the kid without upsetting him or her. No love life of their own, whatever. They still have to take care of them when the kid grows up, so everything is permanent.
Should the child grow up with the adult trying to avoid outbursts? Or does the kid still need to be institutionalized because they are so unstable? This is a hypothetical question so it's one or the other. No in between, no meds while living with the adult. They are that worse off. This is just for fun.
