Kind of a TMI question

So I was on antibiotics for a week after my wisdom teeth removal and I have been having pain near my clit. So I took a mirror and looked and there are littke white bumps that look like pimples on my clit and a few in surrounding areas.

STI/STDs are out of the question because I have one partner of 3 years. I can't help but think that it was from my antibiotics or swollen sweat glands. I've had the pain for I think 2 days? Not exactly sure.

Anyone had these before?
