New job vent 😬
So I finally did it and acquired a job with room for growth and is full time! 🎉🎉
Only problem is the older sister. She's gonna flip her kid when her only babysitter / caregiver will be working full time🙁
My nephew is special needs and I love being able to work for him but I can't live off of the wages. Now I get to be the selfish bad guy and tell my sister I quit 🙄.
If she only has two , both teens, she should be able to juggle their schedules accordingly . She only works on call ...
I need validation to move on because she uses my heart children against me. It's time to save for my prospecting family ,right?
