Pregnancy diet...need help

In the first 8 weeks of my pregnancy all I wanted was fruits and veggies and boiled chicken no flavor... But from 8 weeks until now 14 weeks if it's not covered in salt or fried I don't want it near me. I keep hearing people say eat healthy and your baby will be healthy, it's making me worry because I cant eat fruits or veggies now without it making me vomit. I've tried salad that went horrible fish just isn't appealing. Literally everything I eat is drenched in salt or fried fast food has become my favorite thing. Taco bell especially. Should I be worried because of the things I'm eating? I take my prenatal vitamin every day. I don't see my Dr until July 26th. Just hoping someone could ease my mind or maybe foods to try that are healthy but will go with what my tummy and mouth want.?
