How old/how many kids do you have to have to get your tubes tied?

I'm in VA if that makes a difference.

Each country and state is different the age limet will vary. In the UK its possible to get tubes tied for medical reasons but if your young theyll either refuse or you have to have alot of councelling first. Not sure the exact age limet but im 34 and they were refusing me until my last pregnancy where i nearly lost my life then i qualified to have it and now im expecting again and refuse to point blank afterwards il just go in contraception and use babck up too.

I believe it's 25 or you have to have a boy and a girl then they will do it.
