Transvaginal ultra sound???

Question

This Friday we finally get to see our little bean!!
But they are doing a transvaginal ultrasound, does this hurt?
Does it threaten the baby at all? 
It's making me nervous. 
Praying for all of our little beans 💕💕

No doesn't hurt and is completely safe. Basically like a long wand that they hand you and you insert it, then ultrasound tech takes over.

Better to have transvaginal early on because you can see way more. We saw a heartbeat flickering away at ours at only 6 weeks 1 day.

I don't think it hurts or it's uncomfortable! The only thing it does to me, is make me have to pee a little. Other than that it's fine! It's like a wand, and they barely put it in. And then you see your little baby. I got mine at 8 weeks and I cried watching baby move and seeing/hearing the heartbeat ❤️

I hate those things. But that's the only way my doctor could really see my baby so early in the pregnancy. They don't hurt at all. More so uncomfortable. I've had 2 done & each time I had to pee afterwards lol

Won't harm the baby.  I always have pink or brown spotting after transvaginal, so don't be overly concerned if that happens to you!
