Am I over reacting!!

So a family member of mine walked past a photo shop and saw my daughters passport photo on display! It was taken nearly 2 years ago and it's now displayed in their shop window without my permission. I called the shop and told them to take it down and they just wasn't bothered told me they have copy rights to my photos!
