How long did you try before getting pregnant?

How long did you ladies try to conceive before actually getting pregnant? My partner and I started trying recently and I want to get everyone's story, I know this will be a stressful process.

7 years. After about 4 years we did ovulation tracking bbt charting used preseed the full works. Nothing helped. I started taking prenatals all for a year nothing worked. Then April I did a HSG procedure which caused he'll I end up with PID which was the most devastating news I've ever heard. In August more news that I had a polyp on my ovary and cysts. So I was schedule for surgery. Call this what you want but surgery got put off 3 times. I called this faith or sumn. Because the 5th of November I was prepped for surgery I ended up waiting 8 hours in a scrub just to be turned down because I ate a yogurt. That day I left pissed and unwell by man and I had sex two days before and on that exact day after leaving the hospital had sex just to ease my mind. On 17th of November I took a test and was pregnant. I'm now 38weeks and my little miracle is almost here.

We started trying in November/December and we conceived in February, miscarried in March and conceived again in April. I am now 14 weeks with our rainbow.

I have endometriosis and was told it would be hard to conceive but we never experienced any issue.
