I'm scared

So a few days after my last period my boyfriend and I were doing things, but we never actually had sex and it's impossible for him to get me pregnant, we cleaned up really good but I'm now 3 days late... And I'm really scared. I'm only 17 and my parents would probably kick me out if I was pregnant. I know I'm probably overreacting but I'm scared. What do I do?? But I've also just started a new job and getting up 2 hours earlier than I used to and been doing high activity. Am I just late??
