I need nurses or people to help! I'm scared!

My symptoms from a so called "sinus infection" are back, terrible migraines lasted three days, pressure on my chest, my throat slightly swollen with a weird burning sensation constantly and now where my appendix is, is killing me and I could honestly throw up any minute. I don't know if it because I'm freaking out but I'm really nervous
