Birth control and antibiotics

So I was taking the oral antibiotic, metronidazole (due to an infection) for a week, while still taking the birth control pill, ortho tricyclen and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I was wondering if I may be pregnant but I gotta wait to take the test because I'm expecting my period since I'm on week 4 of my birth control pills. Not sure what to do because I still won't know since it hasn't been two weeks yet. Any advice on this issue would be appreciated
