I feel like you should get one once a year if you have ever had sex ever, even if you are not currently sexually active. It screens for cervical cancer caused by HPV. If you get them done once a year, like most insurances should cover, then you have way better chances because you will be catching the disease early. If insurance covers it, then why the hell not get one? They aren't that bad. Just a part of life.
