Toasted sub?!?

Soo know we can't eat deli meat but what if it's a toasted sub. I really want an Italian sub what if they heat the meat then toast the meat on the bread would that be ok? That should kill listeria right?

Well I had them nuke the meat for 1 minute then toast it on the bread.... So good but I still prefer a cold sub. Italian bmt I'm going to destroy you !lol

My doctor told me to eat all I wanted cold or hot. He said its outside of the US that you have to be careful.

My dr told me and so didn't my aunt who's a nurse said you can eat anything deli meat hot or cold. As long as you don't eat Lot of it

My OB said as long as I have it toasted it's fine. I've been craving subway and eat it 3 times a week lol

I've been craving a sub for weeks now and can't bring myself to just have one. I may have to break and have a toasted one though even though I'm not a fan of toasted sandwiches.
