HELP. Low count and morphology :(

Hello all! I just joined this group as my husband and I found out this week from his SA that his sperm count is slightly low (18.5 million, said they wanted it at least 20 million) and his morphology is only at 1% :( I have been trying to stay positive and so has my husband, but we have been TTC for 9 months so I have a hard time believing that with another test in a few months it will change :( my husband has been trying soo hard the last 3 or 4 months, eating healthy and exercising everyday! He has lost over 30lbs! I just feel awful for him, but he is dealing with it well. We are meeting with a fertility doc September 2, I wish it was sooner. Does anyone know what we can expect with this prognosis? We are both in our mid twenties, never thought we would have trouble getting pregnant. Does anyone have recommendations for supplements for him? He takes a men's multi vitamin right now. Are we going to be able to conceive or is IVF the only option? Any advice/help would be much appreciated!! Thank you!
