Sperm blockage

Hannah
My husband just had surgery a week ago to remove a blockage in his urethra that could be causing low sperm count (10k). The doctor said even if the volume increases, there's no guarantee the sperm count will increase (about a 50/50 chance). We have to wait 6 weeks to retest and so anxious! Planning to start IVF in the next month or so but this could be a game changer! Has anyone had experiences with this good or bad? Thanks! :)
