Heart murmur 😔😔

When my baby boy was born , he born whit heart murmur , after one day of being born , it was all gone (: now my baby is 4 months 3 weeks old and his hear murmur is back ): I'm taking him to the cardiologist to see what's going on): any other mom whit the same situation?? How bad it is ?? Any advice ): thank you
