Anyone used VITEX to help regulate cycles??

Hi everyone I'm new here😊 So I have irregular cycles. I was on birth control pills for two years and I stopped them in Febuary of this year, and I was sort of under the impression that we would just instantly have a baby but I was wrong 😞 After I stopped the pills I get my period every month- there's just no telling when. I was researching & found that VITEX may help regulate my cycles so I can pin point when I'm ovulating. Should I invest in it? I'm scared to get my hopes up again🤔 thank you! ❤️
