1st thing after breakfast. Makes me less sick from them.

After dinner every night so I'm not taking them on an empty stomach. Mornings don't work for me because I'm always running out the door with a quick breakfast at work and am always more sick in the morning.

I have one i have to take for my thyroid in the morning on an empty stomach with 8bozs of water. Then i take my vitamins and others at bedtime to prevent an upset tummy
