Parenting a four month old while pregnant with my third

How I love life's challenges of the term "multi tasking." Lol being a mother of soon to be three children which my oldest is three years old my youngest for now is four months old and I'm pregnant again I don't know what or how I will manage but in a way I sometimes feel like I need to be wonder woman or grow extra arms that I can stow away inside and pull them out when I need them I don't know how my mother of thirteen children managed to raise all of us kids we swore that our mother had eyes in the back of her head and that she had super powers. Nothing got passed her I may not be the perfect parent but who is, I may not be my mother but I make a damn good one.
