Little lump?

My boyfriend fingered me today and after he was done, he looked down and I was bleeding a lot, like dripping all the way down to my feet. He looked at my vagina for me and there's a small little fleshy lump that's in the shape of an egg at the opening of my vagina. I didn't feel a thing when it happened and I still don't. Any ideas on what happened or what that bump may be?
