Help me ladies!!#

Okay girls. Im af due 8/8 so ovulation was suppose to be 7/23. Ever since my right tubal removal in Feb due to ectopic I now have severe ovulation pains on my right side which leaves llittle room for doubt as to when I ovulate. Well my delima is this,I had my EWCM and ovulation pains on 7/19. If that's the case, Im 10 dpo. If not, Im only 5 dpo. Its got me confused BC Im having serious symptoms since 3-4 days ago! Twinges, sharp pains, boobs and nipples are sooo tender (which is normal for me during pms, BC I have fibrositic breasts, but not until 2-3 days before af shows...) tired, gas, bloating, vivid dreams of being pregnant, and moody. I was sure I was 10 dpo but had bfn this morning. Now I know its still early but,with all these symptoms shouldn't I be seeing at least a faint line?!?!?
