Canker sores.

Has anyone ever gotten canker sores before they got there BFP? I have never had them in my life and now I have 2. I am currently 10 DPO and got a negative hpt. The canker sores started about a week ago I probably noticed them when I was 2 or 3 DPO. Thanks.
