Ovulation

Why is my cycle 36-39 days long for the past 3-4 months now? I can never tell when Im ovulating. I have always been super normal and "on time" whats changing? I am 32 in a few weeks. Trying to conceive number two for nine months now! No luck. I do notice when I have the clear sticky "discharge" and its always like a week after it says im ovulating. So am i really ovulating when the sticky clear stuff is present? We even get busy then to! Frustrating.
