what's wrong with my period

Hi! im Sarie. just wanna know your opinion or thoughts about a delay menstruation except for being pregnant. it's been years already that im experiencing this irregularity but im not pregnant. At first i thought its normal but as i age it bothers me. i'll appreciate your replies:)
