Being sick

So I'm on my period and it's really heavy and the cramps are getting bad. So I bled through my tampon in just 4 hours and their was loads of blood clots and blood. Then I bent down to pick something up and I was sick in my mouth, it was a clear yellow-Y colour and it smelt really bad. Is this normal ???
