HELP!!!!!!!

So I just got off of my period like almost 2 weeks ago but today I noticed bleeding... Like pee and blood just like flowed out of me, not a lot, like just a leak I have cramps with it too but they weren't that bad. I had unprotected sex but he didn't cum in me or anything... Does anyone know what this could mean?!? Is it just my cycle being irregular?? Help me please! (Im 15)
